"In this current economic climate is this the time to consider changing your job? I have been with my employer a "not for profit organization" for 2 1/2 years. The hours are crazy with very little support and low salary. As a single parent, I would like to find a different employer. I love my work as an Events Manager however, don't have a degree and feel that often stops me from considering something else."
